Yoram Shamir, Chairman of the Board
Yoram Shamir founded AQUA and was its CEO until end of 2007. Yoram, who has more than 20 years of development and management experience in the Telecommunications industry, was a senior consultant at IntelliManage, a consultancy firm specializing in the management of complex projects. Before that he was responsible for Program Management at Atrica Inc. and managed multi-disciplined teams from within and without the company. Before joining Atrica, Yoram held R&D management positions with 3Com and BVR Technologies. Yoram holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Mathematics, Computer Science and Linguistics from Tel Aviv University.
Ohad Crystal, CEO
Ohad is CEO of Aqua and a member of the board of directors. He oversees the implementation of Aqua's strategy while managing day to day operations. Ohad has been a member of the Aqua team since 2005, when he joined as a Project Manager, leading a range of Java-based automated testing projects for customers. In 2006, he founded the company's Projects Division and served as the Director of Project Management. In this role, he managed the company's engineering team and was responsible for all technical and commercial operations. Ohad has extensive experience with real-time software development. Prior to joining Aqua, he held a number of senior positions at leading computing and telecom companies including Nokia Siemens (formerly Atrica). Ohad has professional degrees in computers, drama, and business administration.
Guy Arieli, CTO
Guy Arieli founded AQUA and is responsible for AQUA's technological vision and development. With over 10 years of R&D and QA experience, Guy specializes in automation technology. He has held senior QA positions at a number of leading networking companies including Atrica, P-Cube, 3Com and Lucent. Guy holds a B.Sc. degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Jonathan Shaked, VP Marketing & Sales
Jonathan Shaked is responsible for AQUA's technical pre-sale and post-sale activities, working closely with customers to ensure that their needs are being met. Jonathan has extensive personal experience with Quality Assurance for complex systems. Since 1998, he has held QA management positions at companies in the networking and Telcom industries, including 3Com, Polycom and Atrica. Jonathan holds a B. Sc. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Michael Oziransky, VP Engineering
Michael is VP Engineering, responsible for the technical management and implementation of Aqua projects. Michael joined Aqua in 2008, bringing with him nearly a decade of R&D management experience. Previously, Michael worked at DSPG, where he held positions in the cordless systems development division. Michael also worked at networking and telecom equipment providers Nokia Siemens (formerly Atrica) and Telrad. Michael has a B.Sc. degree from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
